This best-selling dish is great at home, on a remote island in the Maldives or anywhere else that takes your fancy… simple to prepare, just add hot water, stir and wait five minutes.

Ingredients: Parboiled Long Grain Rice (37.3%), Diced Cooked Chicken (14.3%), Diced Onions, Coconut Milk, Diced Bell Peppers, Peas, Rapeseed Oil, Green Thai Chilli Paste (1.5%) (Green Chillies, Lemongrass, Lemon Juice (Sulphites), Coriander, Garlic Purée, Ginger Purée, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt, Ground Coriander), Garlic Purée, Cornflour, Salt.

The Expedition Foods meals labelled ‘gluten-free’ contain 20 parts per million (ppm) or less of gluten and are suitable for coeliacs. Theyhave audited procedures in place in order to minimise any risk of cross contamination. However, please note, their production facility is not a gluten-free site.

Preparation: Remove The Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour, and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Note: Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is longer.
